Flat-rate hire is just £100 to secure your date and includes all of the following:

Private mezzanine for up to 50 guests

Your own bar and private bathroom area

Live music and our resident DJ Friday & Saturday nights plus live music Sunday afternoons

Five wood-fired pizzas included (more food and drinks available to pre-order)

Friendly event team to help plan and host

Flexible bookings: afternoons or evenings, weekends and Sundays

Free Midweek Hire –Take advantage of our free midweek hirew offer! (deposit required to book – fully redeemable against food orders on the night. minimum numbers apply)

A few things to know before you book with us:
• Entertainment is included with your booking—there’s no extra charge. We host live acts every Friday and Saturday from 6:30pm to 9:30pm, followed by our resident DJ late into the night. On Sundays, live music begins between 4pm and 5pm.
• For private bookings, Sundays are exclusive—we take just one booking and the space is yours from 2pm. On Saturdays, you can reserve the mezzanine for either an afternoon slot (2–6pm) or an evening slot (from 7pm).
• Please note, our licence for under-18s ends at 9pm. For this reason, we’re unable to accept bookings for 18th birthday parties or children’s birthday parties.

Can I bring my own decorations or cake?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring decorations, banners, and a celebration cake. Just let us know so we can help with setup.

Is the mezzanine wheelchair accessible?

The mezzanine is accessible by stairs only. For accessibility needs, please contact us to discuss alternative options within The Barclay.

Are under 18s allowed at private parties?

Under 18s are welcome until 9pm. Please note we do not accept bookings for 18th or children’s birthday parties due to our licence.

What’s the deposit and cancellation policy?

A £100 non-refundable deposit secures your date. We also require a £50 breakages deposit, refunded after your event, subject to checks.
